Horrible service today I went for lunch. Antonia took my order. I ordered the Katsu/BBQ plate she charged me $14.13 when I read the receipt it had the wrong item listed. I immediately brought it to her attention and let her know she charged me for the wrong item. She then proceeded to tell me that I ordered what she charged me for I was argumentative. I asked her if she could correct it and just charge me the difference she said yes I’ll charge you the difference and charged me for another plate at $18.48. When I asked her why she charged me for another plate she said I had to cancel the other order and recharge you. Ok. But you never refunded me for my first plate she said I did.. so can I have my receipt for the refund she no we keep it. Okay so I received my plate and it was the wrong item when I approached her she became very argumentative and was denying to gove me the food I ordered. I asked her why she was arguing with me over her mistake and she continued to say No she wasn’t gonna correct her mistake. The cook came from around the counter and told her in Spanish that I was right that wasn’t what I told her and she started telling him in Spanish no she wasn’t gonna correct

I ordered the full salad with protein and received a spring salad with protein and the wrong salad dressing... I can't believe I spent $17 for chicken katsu and this container of dirt tasting salad I can get from the store for $5... this shit ruined my day...

Pls pls pls do not eat here unless you want the worst burnt food with minimum protein ever. 2 pieces of chicken and few stragglers that they so call meat. See the photos. No joke. Do better ONO. I t4ied calling the phone number on the receipt...doesn't work. Seriously what happened ay 7:30 pm drive thru. See photos smdh

We tried the $7 special. It was spicy fish( not too spicy), rice and cabbage salad. It was so amazing and enough for 2 people. I’d get it again.
